
Weathering the Storm: Crafting Emotional Well-being in Times of Crisis - Caregiver Workshop
This webinar will focus on ways to maintain and strengthen emotional well-being during uncertain times. We will discuss the importance of co-regulation between caregivers and children in their care; practice calming co-regulation strategies; and explore the thoughts-feelings-actions connection and how we can learn to interrupt this cycle when it is not working in our favour.
Presenter
Jo Cullen M.Ed, CCC is a school counsellor, behaviour resource teacher, and student of Maritime Play Therapy Centre. Her passion for empowering children and families to create more peaceful and fulfilling moments of togetherness informs her practice and drives her desire for continuous learning. She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, the PEI Counselling Association, the PEI Teachers Federation, and a student member of the Canadian Association of Play Therapy.
